Best Recipe To Cool You Down In Summers And Lose Weight

It is a combination of sprouts mixed with oranges and crunchy apples with honey and curd dressing. Iy you want you can add a hint of mint in the dressing to enhance the aroma and taste of the salad.

Ingredients
1 cup boiled mixed sprouts (moong , moath beans , chana etc.)
3/4 cup chopped apple (unpeeled)
3/4 cup orange segments
To Be Mixed Into A Dressing
3/4 cup thick curds (dahi)
2 tbsp chopped mint leaves (phudina)
1 tbsp organic honey
salt to taste
Method :-
Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well. Add the dressing, toss well and serve immediately.
