Entry-level Lumia 532 is Windows 10 ready, says Microsoft
Even as Microsoft looks all set to show off the hugely-anticipated features of its upcoming flagship Windows 10 operating system later today, we now have a confirmed report that at least one of its new mobile handset will come Windows 10 ready. We are talking about the recently announced Lumia 532 budget handset.
While the Redmond giant is likely to release the new OS sometime in late summer or early autumn this year, if you type in you search for the Lumia 532 on Google or Bing, you'll know exactly what Microsoft is saying about the said device:
"Windows 10 ready, the Lumia 532 smartphone is capable of running mobile games with its Snapdragon processor. Skype, OneDrive, Office and more."
There you have it, Microsoft has confirmed that the Lumia 532 which is expected to be available for grabs starting February at around 79 Euros will be Windows 10-ready. Of course, it won't be running the new OS out-of-the-box, but will updated to the same in the near future.
The fact that you don't get a similar search result in case of Lumia 435, which was announced along with the Lumia 532 suggests the same may not be the case with it. However, we believe the former will be updated to Windows 10 somewhere down the line just like all the Windows Phone 8-based Lumia models.
