Imran Khan's New Bride

Pakistan's cricketer-turned- politician Imran Khan got married to former BBC weather girl Reham Khan in Bani Gala in Pakistan on Thursday. Their marriage was a low-key affair.
The Islamic ceremony of 'nikah' took place on Thursday and a picture went viral on Twitter. It was conducted by Mufti Saeed. Also see Reham Khan's leaked video that created furore in Pakistan.

Reham, 41, who was born in Libya to Pakistani parents, has three children from her previous marriage to a doctor.
Notwithstanding Reham's expected new stint in Pakistani politics, commentators have warned the marriage can also mean a loss of support for Imran among the country's female voters.
The 62-year-old cricketer-turned-politician married Jemima Goldsmith in 1995, but divorced her after nine years and since then he has spent most of his time building his political career and his party.
He has two sons from her who live with their mother in London. Imran had gone to London reportedly to consult his marriage plan with his two sons who live with Jemima.
Jemima has said she was ditching the surname 'Khan' and reverting to her family name because her ex-husband was about to remarry.

Imran Khan's new bride, Reham Khan's bridal look was just as she desired, graceful and elegant.
Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf Chairman, 62, and the television journalist wed in a nikaah ceremony, which took place at the former cricketer's gorgeous residence in Bani Gala, Islamabad, the Dawn reported.
The beaming bride wore a stunning off-white embellished Karma Red ensemble with crimson detailing, and Twitter users praised the "stunning and classy" bridal outfit.
Maheen Kardar Ali of Karma said that the former BBC reporter had specifically requested for the Maharani bridal from them, adding that she did complete justice to the attire. Meanwhile, a party member and friend of the former player, Ismail, said that his sherwani wasn't a designer's work and was stitched by his local tailor.
